Speaker Sizes?

I am looking at getting a set of BOSE speakers for a friends Sea Ray 230 (2004 or 2005). I am not sure what the speaker size is of what is already in there. Or what Sizes I can replace it with. The specs of the BOSE speakers are 12"H x 7.1"W x 3.5"D ( 30 cm x 18 cm x 8.9 cm ). Will these fit?

don't think SeaRay made a 230 in 2004 or 2005! Are talking about a bow rider? Speakers in there are round and you are talking rectangular so cutting is in order. Mine 2003 220BR also has speaker on the side underneath the helm and passenger cockpit....you wont fit those speaker in those boxes.
