"Special" 1999 340... Fuel burn question

I'm impressed that they managed to clock up an even 490 hours on all 8!

Steve, are you still looking at 340's. Mine is in new Buffalo and this year just put 8k worth of camper enclosure/Polycarbonate glass, Seadek on the swim platform, buff and polish happening in a few weeks and oil changes. All ready to go for the season. PM me if your still in the market.

Observations:

1. the broker should try out "auto-fill" to learn the basics before actually going live with a listing.

2. proof-reading is getting to be a completely lost art.

3. broker may be smarter than I give him credit for being.......he got 7 more "looks" at his listing this way than he would have if he had shown 2 engines.

I can easily see how this was a mistake. Yachtworld just changed the layout of the mechanicals feature in boat wizard to single out each engine. You now have to fill out info for each motor instead of just saying there are twins. There is a drop down that says add engine and unless you check it's easily to have a quintuplet engine boat. No excuse for not checking and I'd expect a lot more out of a Hatteras, Tiara, Pursuit, and Chris Craft dealer especially in that area.
