Have a friend with a Mid 90's 400 who is looking to replace the spotlight but the path to do so is not exactly clear. We are both assuming that this panel below the bow pulpit needs to be removed and to facilitate that panel removal, the rub rail needs to be removed. Are we thinking correctly? Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
