On top of the steering wheel hub at the helm there is a small black screw on tab that unscrews, i think where the fluid goes for the hydraulic....
should that be filled to the top with fluid??? :huh:

There's no dip stick or anything to tell if its empty:huh:
 
Yes fill it to the top. If is is only slightly low, you just pour some in, but if it is very low, you have to attach a filler tube to it that doesnt leak and fill it all the way up including into the filler tube then gently turn the wheel back and forth. This will remove air bubbles if they are there.
