OK. After a little more poking around my boat, I'm 100% convinced that Sea Ray messed up on the ski locker drain (at least on my boat, and pretty sure it's most likely a general design issue): removed the decking above my fuel tank, and took a bunch of photos and measurements, and triangulated those to my Moeller Marine "FT6506-2" fuel tank measurements from it's spec sheet! Conclusion: my ski locker drain is positioned such that it fits snugly against my fuel tank (not under it, as some have eluded to in this forum and others). No wonder my ski locker has never drained! Once I can resize all my iPhone 6 photo's of this blunder, I will post them. Stay tuned!
