Sureshade problem

Tried to extend our Sureshade for the first time after buying our boat last week and only one side extended (see photo). Now the extended side is jammed and won’t retract. Any ideas on how to fix this? It worked fine during the pre-sale inspection.

Just to follow-up, I contacted Sureshade and their technician gave me specific information including what tools to use and videos to watch to fix this problem. I purchased the latest controller for a very reasonable price, installed it myself and fixed the problem. Thank you to Sureshade for their excellent service!! They saved me from waiting on MarineMax until after Labor Day and spending far more than my do-it-yourself repair!
