Survey time frame ?

What is the expected turn around time to receive the survey report via email? Had a survey completed on Wed, received the engine report from the engine surveyor the next day but still waiting for the boat surveyor to send me his report so I can respond to the broker on our concerns.

I have usually had them in 3-5 days. It's a good question to have resolved when choosing the surveyor as there's normally a lot riding on what their report says.

Mine came by email in a day, I would call surveyor and make sure its not in cyberspace.

A good surveyor should have it done in a couple of days, but if they are real busy it may take a little longer. It was also the weekend. It think it's acceptable to give them a courtesy call. If you don't have it by Wednesday, I would definitely call.

Thanks for the input, I did get a call back today so I was able to get a verbal and should have final report tonight or tomorrow.
