If your looking for a replacement ladder for an older model SR (late 90s) I found them here. You can buy the whole folding/sliding mechanism thats in the pic, (2nd ladder down,if you click on ladders on the left side) but it's $370. Or if you call them and tell them what year Sea Ray you have they will send a "kit" which is just the 3 steps plus hardware for $169.

For those that can't see the picture, it is a pig boarding ladder. No need to look unless you are the one couple on here interested in that sort of thing...
