sync gauge solution?

Last season out of the blue my sync gauge stopped working correctly . Talk to tele flex and they recommended replacing the module which didn't change any thing.Tested the gauge and it is working correctly.My tachs and gph gauges and ear all say the motors are in sync but the sync gauge is almost pegged to the starboard engine.Not sure where to check next.Going to check connections at ignition module next.Both engines have new caps plugs and wires.The sync gauge seems to work up to 2,000 RPM.

Any chance it’s stuck? My tach gets stuck every so often and I have to tap it a few times. I wonder if the same is happening to sync gauge if all connections are ok.

Update after checking all the tach wiring connections which I found slightly loose wire on main ignition coil. Checked both tachs against a laser hand held tach. Both tachs were on off by 5 rpm at 2,000 RPM. After making a few adjustments to the sync module puck once again my sync reads 0 when the motor tach are the same.
