Anyone experience this?
So I recently replaced the battery charger after it kept frying my batteries. Right before I did that, we were stuck out on the hook because the port engine would not start. I eventually got it started, but in the process the attempts to start without enough juice in the battery bank seems to have cause the systems monitor alarms to quit sounding.
Usually when I power on the engine switches, before starting the engines, two alarms (one for each engine) were constantly sounding until I started the engines. Now that does not happen. Additionally, when I test the systems monitor with the toggle switch, I do not get the audible alarms as I did I. The past.
Could the piezzo alarms be damaged? Is there an in line fuse I should be looking for? Can I simply replace the piezzo alarms, has anyone done this on the systems monitor unit? Any ideas/assistance appreciated.
