Yes, that has happened to me when the coax comes loose behind the unit. Checked the cable? Hopefully that’s it.

Quick question as I have a similar issue. My Coaxle wire has come off the back of the unit and won't stay in. It has pulled out from the connector. Do you recall if it is a screw on application or a simple push in or insert male to female type connection? I hope this makes sense.

I tried to unscrew from the back of the unit and it just seems to spin. I m accessing through the fuse panel under steering wheel as hoping to avoid removing system monitor off the dashboard as it is such a small work space.
