Temp., tachs, & sync guages ??

Temp guage on port side won't work. Tachs are not in sync.
Synchronizer guage favors port side.

Pulled panel, connected port to stbd side, and verified guage to be OK ! What else other than the temp sending switch could it be ??

Why do the tachometers not register equally ?

And,...why does the sync guage favor the port side ?

Feeling like an idiot, I would love any advice !
