Help! have a 1990 27 DA with twin 4.3lt ( for sale by the way) Anyway, hooked up batteries and started for first time this season. Both temp gauges were pegged even before I started second engine. I went back and checked all my negative grounds and they looked good. Even went and unhooked all batteries and gauges still stayed pegged. One interesting note, when I turn on running light switch it makes the oil gauge on one side jump. Then when I turn dimmer switch it actually will move oil gauge. I have to have a short somewhere, but I thought disconnecting power would at least reset gauges. Any ideas?
