So if hooking up is OK, if you're OK with the risk, then letting anyone go back to work if they're willing to take the risk should be immediately OK'd. There is a difference between casual sex and getting the country back to work. If one is OK for those who want to take the risk the other should be OK for those who want to take the risk.

Those not wanting to take the risk stay home. Simple. It should no longer be a difficult decision. Yet, why does it continue.
