I have searched far and wide on the Internets and can't find the original optional bow cushions for my 190 Signature so I'm thinking of trying to make one. I've posted a picture of my bow area below.

My question is, does anyone have a good source for a similarly colored and textured vinyl (I assume my seats are vinyl) to make the cushion out of? I was told when I bought the boat last year that the Signature model used an upgraded seat material, but that may have just been salesman speak.

I was thinking of constructing a large one-piece cushion which would partially extend under my walk-through window area. It would have a leg or possibly two which would fold down to provide stability.

Any tips or suggestions, especially from those who've successfully completed a similar project are very much appreciated.

if you can't find a match I would think a quality white vinyl would still look great.
Good point. I was thinking that would be my back up plan, and it might possibly look better than trying to color match the existing vinyl.

I would make a cardboard cutout to fit the space. Be as accurate as possible it needs to catch the lip under the existing cushions. Take the cutout to a woodshop and have a base made. Add a leg if you extend too far. Consider a hinge if it gets too long. If you are handy you could do this yourself.

After that fits perfectly, paint with good outdoor epoxy. Take the base to an upolstery shop to make a cushion. Use a contrasting color (white). It will look great and they probably have already, no need to special order.
