Throttle controls

I'd like to adjust my controls so that both engines line up. Currently one is off about 1/4+ from the other one. See pic.

Any help would be appreciated.

there is a fine-tune adjustment, under the case. or, you may have to have the linkage screw(s) tightened or loosened to match up.
