TNT hydraulic swim platform on 400 DB

Does anyone out there have a hydraulic swim platform on their 400 DB? I have been told 2 different answers. One installer tells me no that can't install it as the engine exhaust ports have to be raised, while the other installers tell me yes they have installed them on 400 DBs witout incident.
Also want to replace the dash panels and I noticed that some persons on this forum have had this done by a CSR poster. Who makes new dash panels that I can trust?

Do you really have 6.2 liter motors in a 400DB????....and you want to add a TNT lift..????? I'd be more concerned about the boat getting up on plane with all that added weight....!!!!!!

Maybe he needs the lift to install 8 outboards in order to get the boat to plane off and still be able to tilt the drive up for shallow water.

For the panels try Vector LED. Scott Cambra makes excellent, better than OEM, replacement panels. Opt for the LED option. It is best to communicate with Scott by phone or in writing. Email does not seem to work very well for him. There are plenty of photos on his website showing his, and many of our panels as well.

We've got 2 400DB's in our marina with platforms on them. both were installed on boats after they left the factory but I don't know who's lift they are, but I believe that Florida Bow Thrusters installed them. Both are diesel powered boats and both are marginal performers with a PWC on the platform. Be very careful doing this on a gas boat.
