trailering mode doesnt work

2020 SPX190 200hp sterndrive - put the sterndrive up yesterday to bring home. But sterndrive would not go into trailering mode. A little back history - brought boat to the dealer last weekend to fix a bilge pump issue. Picked up the boat (still in trailer mode/had trailering clips on the hydraulic tilt). Used the boat this past weekend, put the boat back on the trailer, sterndrive went up but not into trailering mode. Is there a fuse somewhere, or an electrical connection/plug to look for? if so, where would it be. THis is my first boat. Every weekend has been a different issue. Not feeling the love from the dealer either.
