Transom Shower Handle Guts

Has anyone found a replacement for the "aerator" in the Transom shower/ anchor locker wash down handle? I lost mine when I was cleaning it. It was a sad moment. I have not been to Lowes/Home Depot yet. Was hoping someone had replaced theirs and knew just what to get.

To describe it, it's really just a stepped plate with holes in it, not so much an aerator per se', but better than the drinking fountain effect I am currently getting.
