He couldn’t come up with the full bond. So he is paying 38.5%. I don’t want to pay full price for his shitty hotel. But I’ll pay 38.5% of full price.
Seems fair.

So you've been to his hotel then. Since you don't know, a bond is much like an insurance policy. Would you pay the amount of a possible total loss of your home for your insurance policy when the insurance company only requires you pay a small percentage of that?
