I am in the process of upgrading the TV in the cabin. I am also installing a HD antenna on the spoiler (the original was gone when I purchased the boat)... I will "snake" the coaxial cable through the spoiler to the starboard side... Where should I connect the cable? Should I run it back to jack at the aft(this works when hooked up to cable).. or somewhere 1/2 way. I cannot find the tv wiring diagram for this boat anywhere. It still has the Glomax signal amp in the compartment under the TV... and there is a splitter behind the old TV... there is also a jack in the "aft" cabin...

the cable should already be in place from the top of the arch down to the space for the TV in the cabin....the original cable will work just fine with the new TV...there is no such thing as a 'HD' antenna....it is the same as the VHF antenna that has been around forever....just a marketing deception...

I installed a 28" flat screen by simply bolting the stand to the turntable.....we can watch TV from the V berth bed or the dinette....I put a Blu-ray player behind the TV...

Thanks, but the original antenna is gone. Radar, gps, & a,,Sirius weather antenna are there now. I don't see a coaxial cable, so I have to run a new one.. I just don't know where to connect it,.. I know that the signal is good from the connection at the transom to the existing TV near the sink, but I not sure if there is somewhere else to connect..

if i remember correctly on my boat the TV antenna cable is run down the port side of the arch and into the cockpit galley....from there the cable runs down the port side and behind the cabinets in the cabin and under the TV to a small booster amp located in the storage space under the TV....from there the cable goes up in to the TV cabinet.....

I installed a splitter where the cable runs though the cockpit galley and installed a 24" 'smart TV' in the cockpit.....

Thanks, but I could not find the "old" coaxial cable inside the arch. I had to install a new one....
