They are currently Guest plastic things, and look terrible, and both are cracked.

I looked the JTD, and the IMTRA site, can't really see anything in either spot that looks like it fits.

I don't really want to go with the "puck" style, I like the idea of being able to rotate and move them where I need them.

What have you all done?

Cheers,

Randy.

Tom, I bought that style light I like them you can turn them to where you want the light.

This is what I went with:

in the brass finish. I know they are wall mount, but they rotate 360 degrees in 2 dimensions.

Will be installing them tomorrow.

12 LEDs, should be next to zero power consumption.

Will have to wait until splash day to see them at night though.

Those are interior lights, aren't they? They're not waterproof...

That's still exterior! They won't last long in an outdoor environment.

Moose,

Would you care to phrase that statement in the form of a wager?

What's the over/under on how long these "interior" lights last under my radar arch in the "exterior" environment?

In fresh water, they might last awhile.
In a saltwater environment, they'd be done after the very first dousing with salt spray.

I don't mount anything in the cockpit of my boat that can't take a direct shot from a washdown hose or a dousing of saltwater spray. I'm one of those guys that runs without the canvas- even if I'm taking spray over the windshield.
