What can I do to upgrade my engine to increase HP i get 220 now and would like to increase it's output.

Something I recently learned from the USCG Aux boating safety class I took is that the placard that specifies your max passengers/weight also has max HP for your boat. They said if you USCG boards you and your engine is more the the HP on the placard you will be getting a fine.
