They are thru bolted. There is a thread in the late 270 DA section.

I know this is an old thread but I think this is a better link to the removal of this section to help anyone needing it in the future. It does not show up in searches I think because upholstry is spelled incorrectly. At the end of the post linked above is a photobucket album that has the interior deconstructed but is not in order but helpful if you have the boat in front of you. I downloaded all the pictures because photobucket albums sometimes disappear.
I have taken mine apart and am in the process of putting it back together. I am however replacing the piece in your picture above with velcro instead of putting the through bolts back. If it works I will come back and fiberglass over all the holes. I should not have to do this in 20 years when it is time to redo it again.
