vacuflush head model 02 410.... hissing noise

where do I locate the model number for my 2002 410, I have two heads both look to be the same..

Seaward 509? now 5009

want to get some seal kits

units both work great, FWD head has continued cycle on the the vacuum pump,
bowl holds water, creates vacuum but i can hear a hissing noise around the flusher

I know the duckbills are on the agenda but aft head works and I think I have a bowl issue at this time...

That could be the hose clamp underneath the toilet. Unbolt the toilet and check the hose clamp on the waste pipe.

Could be the shaft seal for the foot pedal leaking. Try squirting some water around it and see if the hissing stops or slows down.

There is an o ring on the shaft that connects the foot pedal that sometimes go bad
