Vacuflush - pump never stops

Just launched for the season and was checking on everything. Turned on the head system and the vacuum pump never stops running. No vacuum when I step on the pedal. Water does stay in the bowl though. I’m assuming duck bills? Below is a pic of my system, I’m assuming they are in the white PVC somewhere?

Duckbills and/or bellows seem likely. Given the age of your boat, I'd consider a "minor" rebuild kit and replace all the "soft" parts. Get some bleach based bathroom/kitchen cleanser and use it liberally throughout the job...and some protective gloves.
Kinda messy job, but not too bad.
I think this might be your setup...

Thanks Rob. That does look like my system. I guess I have a project. Access is tight, but not terrible, looks to be doable.
