Vacuflush Pump Noise

Reciently the Pump when activated by flushing has started making high pitched "weasing" or squeeks. It took 2 weekends to become the most hated sound on the dock estecially at 2 AM for that wake up head call! This is used on a 89 340, has the old style pump with the clamp and I was told that these cannot be fixed as the pump kits are no longer made. Anyone have an idea on how to repair or who might have the older kits laying around?

To answer my own thread, a kit is avaiable from DMI Marine, has the Orings, New bellows, 4 duckbills and new motor. Cost was under $300.00 and should make my old pump into a new pump.

Fred, I have the same boat. yes you can rebuild that pump. I did last year. Make sure you get the wisper motor.

This is the one we installed on my boat. Had to get the other O-rings for the clamp model pump.
