My vacuflush pump still continues to run and wont create enough vacuum for it to stop. Heres is what I see and I have done :

* Replaced all duck bill valves
* replaced bellows and the orings
* water stays in bowl and does not leak out
* there is a vacuum as i hear it when I flush the toilet
* I do not hear any hissing that would represent a leak in or near the toilet

Any suggestions ?

Sometimes when we replace duck bills we get the cycling also. Double check the hose fittings are tight, make sure hose clamps are tight. Our will cycle for a day or two then stop and not do it again.;)
 
Other things to replace are the bowl seal and the ball valve. There is an o ring in the ball valve that can leak. If you have the pressure gauge to stick in the toilet you can isolate if it’s a bowl seal/ball valve problem.

Try replacing the vacuum switch a lot of people overlook that. They have a life of about 7-8 years
 
But before you buy and replace the expensive vacuum switch....I'm guessing that either the duckbills or bellows you replaced are not seated properly. Gotta use liberal amounts of silicone grease on all duckbills and o-rings. Another possibility is if you over tighten the large white spin on nuts you could crush the duckbill rim seal (as I did) and vacuum pressure will also be lost as well.
 
On the vacuum switch there is also an adjustment on top of the spring that turns the pump off after vacuum is achieved. Make sure it’s not just a simple adjustment. Push down on round nut top of spring and it should shut off. Adjust from there. Could be this simple. Good luck.
 
while on a trip 15 years ago mine would not create vacuum properly. Found the rubber diaphragm on the pressure switch deteriorated. With no parts availability I picked up an inner tube for a wheelbarrow
and cut it to shape. Worked great. Then I looked up the price of the switch assembly. The inner tube
trick is till working and I have the remainder of the tube onboard if I ever need it after 15 years
 
The actual pressure switch is a Square D part and pretty cheap. I bought mine from Grainger. I did not buy the whole assembly. Just the switch and it was only $20ish dollars. I have also had to replace the o rings in a couple spots.

Yes that is it. Just 2 screws to go on top and you need to note how it is connected before you disconnect.
 
So just to be correct in what your saying......the only thing that controls the vacuum in the accumulator tank is that square D switch and thats what needs replaced and/or goes bad ? the spring assembly doesn't need to be changed ?

Sounds like that to me, unless the plastic part has deteriorated and then the whole assembly would need to be.... my “dip tube” was falling apart on mine, so it won’t surprise me if this part is too
