Vent louver replacement - what caulk?

I am replacing all four of my vent louvers. What type of caulk should I use?

Sikaflex 295UV; It is what the OEM's are currently using and what I used to re-caulk the boat.

Thanks. I am seeing in reviews for it that you must use a Sika primer with it or it will de-laminate. Did you use something along with this?

No primer. Cleaned both surfaces of old caulk and dirt then wiped down with acetone.
