Vessel View Mobile need help with error code

I have installed the Mercury Vessel View Mobile on my 2003 320 DA and I am having issues with the initial setup. I got to the place on my I Phone where I have entered my boat information such as boat name, number of engines, size of fuel tanks but when I try to go to the next step I get an error code that it needs to have one of the ignition's turned on. Has anyone had this issue during the install and any guidance?

Try the easy stuff first. Remove & reinstall app. Unplug and move the connections around. How did you set up your install? Dash or engine compartment? Do you have a yellow terminator in the mix? Can you post a pic of your j box connections?
