Volvo GXi throttle / shifter adjustment

In my Campion I have Volvo power in it (2007 5.7 GXi / DPS). The throttle works perfectly but after a bit or some waves the throttle backs off. It means I have to cruise with my hand on it and, at times, I'd rather have both hands on the wheel or free up a hand to take in a refreshment. I'm sure it's not suppose to be that way.
I'd like to know where the tension adjustment is or preferably a schematic. Anyone?

For what its worth, I had a similar issue with the outboard Yamaha on my Triumph... there was a simple tension adjustment screw right at the bottom of the shifter. :thumbsup:
