Here are some other winners...

- $25 million for tribal alcohol and substance abuse reduction <insert your own witty comment here>
- $6 billion to turn federal buildings into "green" buildings Really - you ever been in a federal building? Most of them were built before central heating. Or electricity in some cases. They started out green. I say just shut all that stuff off and they'll be green again. And it won't cost a dime. And congressional sessions will be shorter too.
- $160 million for "paid volunteers" at the Corporation for National and Community Service What the heck is a paid volunteer? Or the Corporation for National and Community Service for that matter!
- $100 million for reducing the hazard of lead-based paint. Uh, didn't we outlaw lead based paint because it was hazardous?
- $200 million in funding for the lease of alternative energy vehicles for use on military installations "Sorry sir, we can't launch the planes because we forgot to plug in the fuel trucks. They are electric powered now. Only cost us $200M too!"

We could have saved a lot of money if we had just sent Hillary over to Africa to tour the continent. Nobody's pecker would have needed washing after that.
