I have a 95 250 sundancer, i have just replaced the water heater in it but one of the fittings that screws on the water feed in pipe has broke, its a small white elbow, one end fixs to the water pipe, the other end fixs to a fitting which is screwed into the tank.
I have rang everyone including the water heater manufacurer and no luck. Anyone have any idea's?
cheers

I found that a lot of these fittings were out of a large camper. Home depot does not have them. I had a problem with the O rings that were from a large camper. Try one of those stores.
Good luck it is a pain in the you know what.

Just rang seatech and they said send them a picture and they will find a fitting that will do the job, i will have 2 change the fitting in the tank that the broken one screws onto as well. I mentioned im in australia and she said thats fine we'll send it free of charge as a sample! Lets hope they find something.

I hated those fittings... They were ared to find when they were new... I like the newer fittings used on my 2001 much better. You may want to see if you can replace them with the new push on fittings.

I just went through the same thing on my boat. Mine was a Genova number 8. I looked everywhere and almost resorted to changing all of the fittings to something else when somebody told me my local Sea Ray dealer had them. Sure enough $10.50 later and I was in business.

Worst case scenario call B&E Marine in Michigan City Indiana and I am sure they will send one or 2 to you. I bought 2 just to make sure if it happened again I have another, although 16 years is pretty good for a plastic fitting to last thats been taken on and off 2 times a year.
