Water in the shower sump box compartment not the box

I installed a new shower sump box in the well under the stairs in my 2004 280 Sundancer. Works well, however after a heavy rain i have water surrounding the outside of the box in the bottom of the well. I've installed new window gaskets on all the port windows. I've rebedded the TV antennae on top of the radar arch. I'm kind of at a loss. I know trying to find out where water is coming in from is like finding a needle in a haystack.

I've heard of leaks around the base of the windshield.
