Bad sensor or clogged intake or......? The reading doesn't budge at all, stays at 40PSI all the time, even at idle. Other engine reads 22-26 PSI at 4000RPM. I'm getting no warning beeps either. If the sensor was bad, would it beep?

And where can I find the sensor??

TIA

Is 40 psi the maximum value on the gauge? The minimum value on the gauge should be equal to 240 ohms and the maximum value on the gauge should be equal to 33.5 ohms. If 40 psi is the maximum value on the gauge then you probably have a short to ground resulting in the gauge seeing 0 ohms. This would drive the needle to the maximum value.

I don't have a manual gauge, the reading is coming from the smartcraft unit which is electronic.
