We have some friends going down and putting in on the Ohio side. They want us to go, but I will in Dayton for a soccer tournament until around 5:15. If we go they will add our boat to the mix and come back and get us at the dock. they thought the river closed down about 7:30 or 8 so we would have to be down their by 6:30. Maybe pushing it. If this is your first time, be very careful. Many, many boats, many idiots. Good luck, if we endup down their I will keep an eye out for you.

ahhhh, Meade Cup Soccer Tournament! Its been a few years since the Meade Cup ruined my Labor Day Weekend.
Did you get the boat running correctly? I'll be up at our camp if you are interested in testing it out up there. Just give me a call or PM me. Hope to be a camp by 2pm Saturday.

done it several times............ NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!! it's a freakin' mess and be prepared to deal with a-holes who 1) don't know what they are doing, 2) don't care about the safety of themselves or you, 3) don't care about their boat, let alone yours.... but hey, enjoy

Yep, third year in a row. Although it has always been 2 games Saturday and one on Sunday with semifinals and finals on Monday. This year the girls drew 1 game on Saturday and 2 on Sunday last one at 3:30. This is last year for her for Labor Day, she starts high school next year. May have to sell the boat to pay for that, but that is another story (think I would sell the wife before the boat :grin
