My boat is small as far as SeaRay goes but still it would be ridiculous on some lakes Reservoirs up here

yeah as in small water - the biggest lake to me is going to have 17 miles of shoreline

I'm not sure that I read your post correctly...you want someone to buy a marina in North Dakota and give you a job there?

Sounds like a real "sacrifice" to have someone else buy the place and have you manage it and live in the house. That's rough. I'm not sure it would be fair to have you go through such hardship :lol:
