What's this called?

Can anyone tell me what the part number is for the cable hub (not sure if thats the right name)? I need to replace it. It's on a 2003 290 BR.

Its a solenoid. Must be extremely heavy duty, constant on. Most likely a master power solenoid.

Does your boat have an emergency start switch, to start one engine from the battery of the other (if one battery is dead)?
