Where to start? Ignition issue

After reading, my two cents, based on the clicking, is the switches and fuses are fine as the gauges have power and the starter solenoid clicks. It would seem the starter solenoid or voltage regulator (seen in the diagram at the top right?) is bad. Or, as another suggested, corroded battery cables not allowing full load through them to starter. As Hawk suggested, whack the starter to see if that will turn over the motor. Please let us know when you figure it out.
89P270, thanks for giving your input! The gauges ONLY light up when I am using the emergency start crossover from the starboard engine (which doesnt start the motor). I get a full battery load from the postive battery cable over to the starter/fuse area, nothing past that (50amp breaker).

At least then, you are isolating to between and including the 50A fuse to the starter solenoid. If its not passing the 50A fuse, it likely then would be a bad fuse as stated earlier then. I have no experience though replacing the actual fuse and circuit holder they sit within. Others should chime in more.

Might be as simple as cleaning the connections at the 90
That would be LOVELY! I have a good camera and going to do some investigation tonight. I will report back.

Update...Scoflaw gave me some good JUJU! The fuse was not blown, it was a connection/corrosion issue! I was down there with a borescope and a meter inspecting and testing and at one point I must have made the right connection and the ignition beeped! So I cleaned and tightened everything up and now the power is flowing to both sides of the 50amp breaker, ignition, gauges etc. Victory...almost...so now the motor cranks, but wont start. I tried a handful of times. This is strange because there was never an actually starting issue before all this happened. What are everyone's thoughts now?

Thank you everyone for all the help and advice. Closing the loop...2 issues were the culprit. The first was corrosion on the hot side of the 90 amp fuse. The fuse was good and once cleaned I got a proper flow of electricity everywhere but the motor would turn over and not start. I had a tech come out this morning and he found a 4 pin ignition coil cable disconnected. Plugged it in and fired right up!

Yep, no spark to plugs.

Oh Snap. A good news ending. Thanks for closing to loop and defining fixes. Glad it worked out. You'll have to get corrosion protection on the other engine now too. Good annual preventative measure I would say.
