I began the pre-season clean up over the weekend and noticed my port side actuator had some fluid residue at the top (pic attached). My assumption is that it could be a bad "O" ring? Is this residue common after sitting all winter? Could there be an issue with the pipe nipple or hydraulic lines?

UPDATE: it was the 50A breaker located on the top end of the motor. Fired right up once replaced. $99. Corroded as all get out.

Replaced my lower unit oil last week. Followed the proper procedure as far as pumping in from bottom until oil came out top vent plug. I then put the vent plug back. I gave it 4-5 more pumps I noticed there was way to much oil in the reservoir so I took the bottom bolt off to let some drain...

Good news. Found the amp behind a panel on the starbird side of the aft cabin. Also, found that one cockpit speaker was bad and the other does not have power. Replaced the bad speaker and the cockpit has sound now.

Thanks for the info Cap. I do not have a speaker mute button on the EIM Panel. There is a Panel under the cockpit sink (next to battery switch) but none of the switches involve the speakers. At least from what ive seen. I did not see an amp under the sink. I was reviewing the OM for the boat...
