Ok. After tracing this all the way back. 12v fine on memory (yellow) wire. Red has no voltage. Red traced back to “switch panel” where I lose it. Seems something maybe w the accessory switch on the ignition? Not sure how to trouble shoot but along the way I learned that all accessories work...

Re routed it today. Seems great. Upper right pulley is quite a bit lower but it is running well. thank you
