I’ve never had a solid alarm before when starting since it was new. Pretend the battery is absolutely dead( which it’s not) the starter will not even initiate. Just a blaring solid alarm. This is the best i can explain it. Trim works, blower motor, bilge pump all work.

Yes this is exactly the issue I’m having. However my switch is not off.

Boat was just taken out from storage and this was initial startup. The motor is carb’d. The alarm is constant and boat acts like the kill switch is activated. When I say it won’t crank, I’m saying it likes something electrically won’t even allow you to try it.

Not sure where to begin. When I try to start the boat I get a constant alarm that sounds. Motor won’t even turn over. Appreciate all ideas and help.
