Does anyone have experience with the basic fixed antenna Starlink performance when near Avalon or the Isthmus at Catalina Island? Captain Rob

The boat I just purchased came with a KVH C3 Satellite dome. I was unable to test it during purchase, and it will not run. It powers up, and goes through a self test where the dish will move up/down (elevation), but it does not rotate (azimuth). I am not sure if it should rotate during self...
