For a windshield wiper I would keep an eye out on Craigslist or ebay. Craigslist seems to have lots of classic Searays parting or needing homes. Maybe NAPA has something similar?
For the heat gauge, not sure. I can check with our marine mechanic that is quite knowledeable in these things if you would like.
