Had the boat for 1.5 years. No issues like this at all. Boat has ran great since I had it.
came back from a boat ride, maybe 12 miles, stopped to cook dinner and relax while the sun went down. After about 90 mins, started both motors, the starboard kind jumped around rpm a little and died. Then would start and die within seconds, like it was starving for fuel, started to head back on 1 engine, about 15 mins in the starboard finally started, ran fine in. Wouldn’t start this morning, swapped the water/fuel separator for a new one (hoping for an easy fix), nope
pulled the plenum and put a fuel pressure guage on the schrader valve and when I turn the switch on that turns the fuel pump on, I get about 5psi.... just double checking with the guys here, guessing the fuel pump is shot.
Seems like I have to buy the whole kit, which Is fine
If I am on or off the right track, please let me know.
For those that has done this, how bad is it, I am not a small guy....
as always, thank you in advance!
