View attachment 73559 You need a prop that will get your WOT rpm into the 4400-4800 range. The prop you are running is overloading your engine and will shorten its life.

You should speak with a prop shop expert and tell him the wot you require. Shoot for the upper end of the Merc spec range. The expert will be able to advise you on the diameter and cupping.
