We have decided to sell our 420 so we can upsize to hopefully a 560DB or else a pilothouse.
Purchased in 2021 and has since lived in freshwater of the St John’s River behind my house.

Since purchased, the entire flybridge enclosure replaced. All new Garmin electronics except still using the Raymarine autopilot which works great. Garmin 1243 and a 743xsv chartplotters, two 215 VHF plus a remote vhf 11 in the salon, Fantom 24” dome radar, AIS 800, Fusion 670 stereo, Kicker Marine speakers cockpit and flybridge. Garmin engine room camera. Also the main chartplotter is connected to salon tv if you want to keep an eye on things while inside. New Sionyx Nightwave night cam added this year worked amazing on our overnight crossing from Bahamas. Four security cameras help in docking and general monitoring.

Added a solid black canvas windshield cover to help with the summer heat here in FL and it makes a big difference. When we ordered the cover we also ordered lounge cushion for the bow which has reclining back feature - really nice to sit/lounge up on the foredeck in the evening with a cocktail and your Mate!

Both helm chairs replaced in June with new high back adjustable chairs.
New solar panel and inverter/charger system added, new larger port/house batteries as part of as well.

Water maker added this year worked great in the Bahamas.

Dinghy hydraulic lift with new wiring and a new stainless hydraulic cylinder replaced in June works great, 12’ AB RIB got a new Suzuki outboard early this year. Also has new shift/throttle cables, steering cable changed in 2021. And it has a small Garmin fish finder and basic gps.

New undercounter RO drinking water filter in galley works great and meant carrying a lot less bottled water for Bahama trip.

Both stateroom beds have thick memory foam toppers for extra comfort.
End of 2021 I replaced engine and generator impellers, fan belts, pencil zincs, did barnacle buster flush on engines/generator/air conditioners. July 2022 replaced most hose clamps on engines after finding one with crack, recently replaced some of the engine hoses.

Propellers just reconditioned and slight reduction in cup for a little more rpm. Running gear was repainted with PropGlide. All new zincs while boat was pulled.
I’m sure I’m forgetting some items and I can send more detailed info by email if requested.

1730 hours and will increase as we keep using the boat.

Asking $270k.

How do you purchase a 2005 model in 2001? Just saying you might want to make corrections. :)

Beautiful boat….one owner?

Is the boat kept at a marina, house, etc?
We keep her behind my house on the St John’s River(fresh water). We’re very fortunate and blessed in that regard as it is super convenient for upkeep and last minute trips.
I did have to re configure the dock for the bigger boat. And the dinghy I keep on the lift in covered slip on opposite side of the dock.
