The horn on my 07 320 sundancer is on the fritz-I called my local dealer and he wants $165 to replace it ( the horn only costs $39. I asked the dealer about an air horn and he said it was very expensive and they have problems. Can I replace the horn myself? Is there another alternative?

Another infamous chapter on the SeaRay Duck horn is born! I wouldn't spend $1 on a new duck horn. See multiple postings about this subject on this site. I think the problem has always been how to install a "superior" horn on our boats. Superior, being some kind of air horn in the anchor well and make use of the existing opening. Haven't seen any good responses about this yet. Would like to have the install in the well instead of on deck for clearance issues with lines, etc.

What do they sound like now? A goose, a raven, a moose!
