Hi guys,

Down under we have limited bits available to us.

:(

I am chasing the following bits for my new 1998 DA:

1/ a motorised winch

2/ the rear camping covers and poles to suit

3/ the actual user manual for the boat from new

4/ a copy of the sales brochure

5/ a Bimini cover top

6/ a swim deck (pushing it!)

7/ a replacement ladder.

I am sure there is more but this is a good start.

any help would be great.

Cheers,

Matt

welcome! Adelaide here, so I feel your pain. How good would it be to have a West Marine or similar!

1/ a motorised winch
Any good marine electrician/chandlery can sort you out here.

2/ the rear camping covers and poles to suit

There is a generic sports cruiser manual on the site somewhere. If you can't find it, PM me and I'll email it.
Actually, try here

Thanks Mat!

Re: 240SD bits and pieces required...

I found a local fiberglass boat shop to do me a quote, and it really doesn't come out any cheaper than importing from swimplatforms.com. The quality of the examples I inspected wasn't up to scratch either. Think it has to do with swimplatforms.com having molds for all the Sea Ray models - my guys were going to fudge it a little.

That said, I'll very likely be using my local guys.
