Though I don’t have a boat your size I’m going to say a fair guesstimate is somewhere in the order of 15 gallons an hour @ cruising speedI’m about to go on a bit of a long distance trip and was curious if anyone knew anything about the fuel consumption rate of the 2001 260 overnighter?? It has a single 454ci. Thank you!!

Thank you both I appreciate it. I will be sticking with cruising speed pretty much the whole time. But just out of curiosity do you have any idea what gph is at any higher rpms??A 454 will burn about 16gph at 3000rpms more or less depending on if carb or mpi.
Yup that sounds about right I’m at 58 gallons an hour wide-open throttle at 4400 for the pair25 at 3800 RPM for me
when boat is empty close to 30 at 4200RPM
